Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer / Salesforce Technical Lead to design, develop, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, integrations, and Salesforce Lightning migrations. This role requires deep expertise in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud implementations, along with experience in Salesforce architecture, data migration, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
• Lead Salesforce Classic-to-Lightning migration initiatives, including conversion of Visualforce pages and legacy functionality to Lightning Experience.
• Design and implement solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, Change Data Capture (CDC), and middleware technologies.
• Implement event-driven architecture patterns using Salesforce Platform Events, CDC, and Streaming APIs.
• Develop and manage complex Salesforce Flows including Screen Flows, Auto-Launched Flows, and Scheduled Flows.
• Configure Salesforce platform components including custom objects, page layouts, record types, validation rules, reports, dashboards, workflows, and approval processes.
• Perform hands-on development of complex custom components, Apex classes, Apex triggers, web services, and integrations.
• Lead Salesforce org merge initiatives and large-scale data migration projects while ensuring data quality and governance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, technical design reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Define and enforce Salesforce governance, security, and data management policies.
• Utilize DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, Git, and SFDX for deployment and release management.
• Create Proofs of Concept (POCs) and provide technical recommendations for platform enhancements.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Classic-to-Lightning migration projects.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and CDC.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.
• Experience implementing solutions in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and development from scratch.
• Expertise in Salesforce data migration, integration design, and data quality management.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management tools such as Copado, Gearset, Git, and SFDX.
• Strong knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, HTML, SQL, Oracle, and J2EE technologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Salesforce consulting background or experience working with large consulting organizations.
• Experience with AppExchange applications and Salesforce ecosystem tools.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, governance, and CRM transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory)
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (Mandatory)
• Salesforce Platform App Builder (Mandatory)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce org consolidation and mergers.
• Experience implementing event-driven architecture at scale.
• Experience with complex enterprise integrations and middleware platforms.
• Experience building reusable Lightning components and enterprise frameworks.
