Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the architecture, design, and governance of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, security, and DevOps, with experience leading large-scale multi-org implementations.
Key Responsibilities

Define and govern end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform.

Translate business requirements into scalable High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD).

Design data models, security architecture, sharing rules, and access controls.

Lead enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Boomi, and event-driven architectures.

Provide technical leadership for Apex, LWC, Flows, and custom development solutions.

Define and implement DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and environment strategies using Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.

Conduct architecture reviews, design approvals, and code quality assessments.

Collaborate with stakeholders, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
Required Skills

Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Core Platform architecture.

Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Integration Patterns, and Salesforce Governor Limits.

Strong knowledge of Data Modeling, Security, Sharing & Visibility Models.

Experience with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.

Experience leading large-scale, multi-org Salesforce implementations.
