We are actively looking for an experienced Agentic AI Developer (Python & LangGraph) to join a high-impact AI engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, Generative AI applications, and RAG-based solutions using modern LLM frameworks and cloud-native technologies.

Position: Agentic AI Developer (Python & LangGraph)
Location: First 2 months onsite Next 100% Remote (San Jose, CA)
Duration: Contract

Important Note

The first 2 months of this engagement will be onsite, and candidates must be available to attend a mandatory in-person interview. Local candidates or those willing to relocate/travel for the onsite period are highly preferred.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Developer with strong expertise in Python, LangGraph, LangChain, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI agents, multi-agent workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications, and enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions.

The candidate should possess deep knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks, vector databases, prompt engineering, API integrations, cloud deployments, and scalable application development.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain AI agents and multi-agent workflows using LangGraph.
Build advanced Generative AI applications leveraging LLMs and LangChain frameworks.
Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise use cases.
Integrate external tools, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems into AI workflows.
Create and optimize prompts, agent reasoning flows, memory management, and autonomous decision-making processes.
Develop backend services and APIs using FastAPI and Python.
Implement vector search solutions using FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, or similar vector databases.
Containerize applications using Docker and deploy solutions across cloud platforms.
Ensure scalability, reliability, observability, and performance optimization of AI systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
Conduct proof-of-concepts and evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.
Follow best practices for software engineering, testing, security, and deployment automation.

Required Qualifications

10–12 years of overall software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Python application development.
Extensive experience building Agentic AI and Multi-Agent systems.
Deep expertise in LangGraph and LangChain.
Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.).
Experience implementing enterprise-grade RAG architectures.
Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or Chroma.
Strong API development experience using FastAPI and REST services.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployments.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI observability and monitoring tools.
Knowledge of agent evaluation frameworks and LLM performance optimization.
Experience with tool-calling agents and workflow orchestration.
Exposure to MLOps and AI deployment best practices.
Experience deploying AI applications in enterprise environments.
