Pay Rate: $40/hr. on C2C Max

Overview
We are looking for a motivated Backend Engineer with 5 years of hands‑on experience in Node.js and Java development. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their skills while contributing to building scalable and reliable backend systems.
Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and Java.
· Build and support RESTful APIs and integrations with databases.
· Collaborate with frontend engineers and product teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
· Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.
· Assist in troubleshooting and resolving backend issues.
· Contribute to code reviews and team knowledge sharing.
Requirements
· 5 years of backend development experience with Node.js and Java.
· Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
· Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
· Exposure to version control systems (Git).
· Strong problem‑solving skills and eagerness to learn.
Nice to Have
· Experience with microservices architecture.
· Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
