Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice (SCV), Salesforce integrations, and enterprise architecture, along with Salesforce Architect certifications. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on technical expertise in Salesforce platform development and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Architect enterprise Salesforce implementations involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Service Cloud Voice (SCV).
- Lead integration efforts between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs and middleware.
- Define Salesforce data architecture, including data modeling, migration, governance, backup, and quality strategies.
- Develop and enforce Salesforce development standards, governance, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance to development teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Create architecture documentation, solution diagrams, technical playbooks, and deployment strategies.
- Guide production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Drive successful project delivery by resolving technical roadblocks and ensuring solution quality.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience with Solution Architecture responsibilities.
- Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect preferred).
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Service Cloud Voice (SCV).
- Experience with Salesforce Org Merge, Data Migration, Data Quality, and Governance.
- Strong experience designing Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and enterprise integrations.
- Hands-on Salesforce development using:
- Apex Classes & Triggers
- Visualforce
- Lightning Components
- Apex Web Services
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Force.com
- Strong Salesforce configuration experience including:
- Workflow Rules
- Approval Processes
- Validation Rules
- Security Model
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and middleware.
- Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, XML, SQL, HTML, Oracle, and J2EE.
- Experience with AppExchange deployment and Salesforce deployment methodologies.
- AWS working knowledge.
- Strong communication skills with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience.
- Agentforce implementation or working knowledge.
- Accredited Salesforce Professional Certifications.
- Experience leading enterprise Salesforce transformation projects.
