Job Description:
DHHS Division of Health Benefits requires the services of a training and support specialist to support Medicaid Direct and Medicaid Managed Care Training Projects.
No travel is required. This is a Monday-Friday, 8-5 position. The Division of Health Benefits follows a hybrid work model. The client will require 8 days per month onsite. Remote option is available, upon approval, for the selected candidate that may not be
local to the Raleigh, NC area.
The purpose of the position will be to create in-person and online training content to support organizational initiatives and business units. Strong instructional design and technical knowledge a must. Strong content development and writing skills needed. Ability
to create resources to support employee learning, such as tips, job aids, and templates. Good research skills. This position will facilitate and support live virtual meetings and events. Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills. Must be
professional, available during work hours, responsive, and timely. Must be attentive to detail and meet required timelines for deliverables.
DHB prefers experience with following tools: SharePoint page administration, Adobe Articulate (Storyline and Rise) & Camtasia, MS Teams. Candidates with experience developing curriculums or training in partnership with subject matter experts is preferred. Creating
training videos and microlearning, a plus. Use of voiceover tools a plus. Interest in continually learning new software and keeping the team updated on changes to software, is desired.
This position works with: Associate Director of Organizational Development, Training and Support Specialists, Learning and Development Consultant, Organizational Development Consultant, and an Administrative Support Specialist.

This individual will also perform quality assurance testing, coordinate test validation, and rollout for these projects, ensuring customers are informed & trained, sufficient help & training materials are created and delivered, and that operational support is arranged. Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Support Analyst to provide customer support for our permitting program (PTP). This full-time contractor plays a key role in assisting businesses, consultants, and other external and internal agency stakeholders with process and technical issues related to the department’s permitting system.
Key Responsibilities:
· The candidate will "own" the customer support process and provide responsive and professional customer support via email, virtual meetings (screen sharing), and other communication channels.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ‘Level 1’ areas such as:
o Identity proofing and account activation
o Password resets and login problems

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
· Assist in the creation and maintenance of customer support documentation, including How-To Guides and FAQs.
· Partner with portal team to improve user experience (UX), navigation, layout, content strategy to refine and improve user/staff experience
· Maintain accurate records of support interactions and resolutions.
