Senior BI Developer (Power Platform Focus)

Duration – Contractportunity for the role of "Power Platform/Power Apps developer” @ Pittsburgh, PA or New York – Contract.
Location – Pittsburgh, PA or New York

Job Description:

•  Strong hands-on experience in Power BI, Power Platform, and Power Apps – This is critical and we require all three skillsets.
•               Proficiency in Power Platform tools including Power Apps and Power Automate.
•               Senior Power BI and Power Platform developer (8+ years).
•               Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
•               Integrate data from diverse sources including Snowflake and Hadoop databases.
•               Implement advanced data modelling, DAX calculations, and real-time analytics.
•               Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and visualization requirements.
•               Architect and implement advanced Power BI dashboards and reports for enterprise-wide use, including policy governance, risk analytics, and operational metrics.

anage Power BI environments across Dev, QA, and Production, ensuring seamless deployment and version control.
•               Build custom business applications using Power Apps and automate workflows with Power Automate.
•               Maintain and enhance existing apps and flows to meet evolving business needs.
•               Ensure seamless integration with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other enterprise systems.
•               Serve as a technical lead for Power Platform initiatives, mentoring junior developers and guiding cross-functional teams.
•               Drive UAT cycles, gather feedback, and ensure stakeholder alignment for report and app deployments.
•               Strong Communication and Stakeholder engagement skill
