 1) The working position is Telework.

 2) The program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO TEXAS

TotalEXP: 13+ Years   must

Required Skills:

• Experience supporting enterprise financial systems (ERP or similar).
• Experience working with SaaS applications.
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Exposure to APIs, batch interfaces, and data integrations.
• Basic SQL for queries and data validation.
• Experience with reporting tools or dashboards (Power BI preferred).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Must Have Skills:
• Experience with SaaS financial modules and administration tools.
• Experience supporting state government financial systems.
• Knowledge of Snowflake or cloud data platforms.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Exposure to Power BI dashboards or Advantage reporting tools.
• Knowledge of legacy systems such as USAS, TINS, or SPA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support implementation and daily operations of the CAPPS STARR system (CGI Advantage SaaS).
• Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and system analysis.
• Support integration with legacy systems such as USAS and TINS.
• Assist with data validation, issue tracking, and documentation updates.
• Support regression testing, integration testing, and UAT activities.
• Assist with reporting tasks using Power BI and Advantage reporting tools.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
