EXP: 12+ years  and Above only

Required Experience (8+ Years)

• Developing training programs for ERP systems
• Developing accessibility-compliant training content
• Hands-on experience with eLearning software (minimum 4 years)
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 (minimum 4 years)
• Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• MS Teams collaboration in large teams (2+ years)
• Maintaining & updating SharePoint sites (2+ years)

🔹 Preferred

• Public sector experience (Federal/State/Local Government)
• Jira experience

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive ERP training programs
• Develop role-based, accessibility-compliant training content
• Create user guides and learning materials
• Deliver instructor-led & web-based training sessions
• Manage and maintain SharePoint training site
• Work in Agile, collaborative team environments
