Job Title: AI/ML Engineers - Gen AI
Location : Minneapolis, MN
Job Requirements:
3+ years building production software and APIs.
1+ years delivering LLM, RAG, or agentic workflows in real environments
(internal or external users).
Experience integrating AI services with analytics or enterprise data sources.
Skills
Strong Python (preferred) or TypeScript, plus API development (FastAPI, Flask,
Node).
RAG fundamentals: embeddings, chunking, retrieval, reranking, prompt patterns,
grounding.
Agent workflows: tool calling, orchestration, state management, evaluation and
testing.
Familiarity with vector databases or search (Azure AI Search, Pinecone,
pgvector).
Basic MLOps and security hygiene (secrets, logging, access control, PHI
awareness).
