Experience

  • 10+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or UI/UX Specialist.
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.
  • Strong experience designing enterprise applications, preferably customer engagement workflows and CRM platforms.

Technical Skills

  • Mastery in UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, InVision).
  • Strong command of UX methodologies: personas, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, design systems.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics CRM.
  • Understanding of web standards (HTML, CSS basics, responsive design concepts).
  • Experience in accessibility (WCAG), usability standards, and design heuristics
