Job Description

We are looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter with strong hands-on experience in H1B Transfers, Employer Change (EVC), and consultant onboarding. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of sourcing and onboarding H1B consultants for marketing and placement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for H1B Transfers, Employer Change (EVC), and GC consultants.
• Source and onboard H1B consultants through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of H1B transfer candidates.
• Coordinate consultant onboarding, documentation, and compliance processes.
• Good understanding of US immigration processes, work authorizations, and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Maintain consultant relationships and support marketing activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4–8 years of experience in US Recruitment with strong H1B Transfer and Employer Change experience.
• Hands-on experience in onboarding consultants for marketing and placements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
