  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering roles.
  • Strong experience with:
    • Azure DevOps
    • Git version control
    • CI/CD pipeline development and management
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and platform administration.
  • Expertise in Snowflake administration, including:
    • Access control and security (RBAC)
    • Least-privilege access models
    • Performance tuning
    • Warehouse management
  • Strong proficiency in Python scripting and automation.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, preferably AKS.
  • Experience designing and supporting data pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud data integrations.
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and platform integration.
  • Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, centralized logging, alerting, and dashboarding.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience implementing AI-enabled data platforms, including Snowflake Cortex and ML pipelines.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or similar).
  • Knowledge of data security, compliance, governance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Experience working within public sector, government, or large enterprise environments.
  • Exposure to Snowflake AI and Cortex capabilities.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience creating technical documentation, operational procedures, and architecture diagrams.
