• Active  DL & LinkedIn ID  Must for submission
• Program will accept candidates who are located within the United States with valid work authorization

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM as a General Ledger (GL) and Commitment Accounting Business Analyst on implementation or upgrade projects.
• 8+ years of State Government Accounting experience.
• 8+ years of experience creating business analysis deliverables including requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and documentation.
• 8+ years of experience conducting end-to-end system testing.
• 8+ years of experience presenting information to business stakeholders in formal settings.
• Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Preferred Skills:
• Texas CAPPS Financials (PeopleSoft FSCM) experience.
• Scrum/Agile Framework experience.
• Jira experience.
• SharePoint Lists.
• Microsoft Teams.
• Phire.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 upgrades and new module implementations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Facilitate meetings with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Document business processes and system requirements.
• Develop test scenarios and test scripts.
• Conduct system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare training materials and support multiple testing cycles.
• Perform dual systems reconciliation and support state government financial processes.
