Location/ Work Mode: Hybrid – Manhattan,NJ – 3 days from Office.
Job Type: Contract
Duration : 12 months subject to extension
Compensation: 73 preferred C2C
Interview Process-- Recruitment Prescreening- 20 minutes intro videocall, Trianz Technical – 30 -45 minutes video call, Customer call – 45- 60 minutes video call.

Key Responsibilities
Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them. Possess assertiveness in driving the project milestones.
Directly deal with Real Estate Business users and IT stakeholders on the project
Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues
Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion
Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget
Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills
Interact with 3rd party vendors (Deal Path)
Ideal Candidate Profile
Project Manager with 15 plus years of experience in managing Development projects and
5 plus years of Digital Transformations with real estate domain experience
At least 10 plus years of project management or business analyst experience.
Must act as the voice of the customer and simulate customer activities.
Experience with Agile,Scrum and software development.
Experience in Real Estate Commercial Mortgage Lending an added advantage.
Tools - MS Project, Excel, JIRA, Clarity PPM/ Field Glass, ServiceNow
