• Employee Center & Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Requirements Gathering & Process Modeling
• SDLC (Agile/Waterfall)
• QA/UAT Testing
• ServiceNow Integrations & MID Server
• ITIL Best Practices
• SQL, JavaScript, Glide APIs, JSON/XML
• Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills

Preferred:

• Energy/Utility client experience
• ServiceNow Certification
• ITIL Certification
• Scrum/Agile experience
