Responsibilities
· Provide support for SAP BW/HANA/Power BI systems
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data loads, data models, and reports
· Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
· Collaborate with onshore team members to ensure successful delivery of support services
· Manage incidents and service requests within defined SLAs
· Create and maintain documentation related to support processes and procedures
· Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with onshore team members
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support services
· Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members
Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
· 7-10 years of experience in SAP BW/HANA/Power BI support
· Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data loads, data models, and reports
· Expertise in SAP BW/HANA/Power BI administration and configuration
· Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP BW/HANA/Power BI systems
· Experience in incident management and service request management
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Knowledge of ITIL processes
· Experience in Agile methodology is a plus

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with deep expertise in Product Costing (PC) and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end finance and costing activities across manufacturing, supply chain, and R&D environments. This role requires hands-on configuration skills, strong business process understanding, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to implement, optimize, and support costing and financial controls.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead solution design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Product Costing, Cost Object Controlling, and Material Ledger.
· Support NPI cost modeling, cost rollups, BOM/Routing validation, and early-stage product cost estimation.
· Partner with engineering, supply chain, and finance teams to build standard cost structures for new products.
· Manage end-to-end costing cycles: cost runs, cost updates, overhead calculation, and WIP/variance processing.
· Analyze COGS, margin impacts, and cost deviations to improve financial accuracy and visibility.
· Configure and support integration between FICO, MM, PP, and SCM for cost flows and inventory valuation.
· Implement controls, costing templates, and financial reporting dashboards to support NPI governance.
· Perform root-cause analysis for costing inconsistencies, system errors, and valuation discrepancies.
· Support month-end closing activities including settlement, variance analysis, and cost center accounting.
· Collaborate with global stakeholders to harmonize costing processes and drive standardization.
Required Skills & Experience:
· 7–10+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant.
· Deep, hands-on experience in Product Costing, Material Ledger, Cost Center Accounting, and COPA.
· Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, BOMs, routing, work centers, and costing sheets.
· Proven experience supporting NPI, product lifecycle costing, and early-stage cost estimation.
· Solid understanding of financial integration across MM, PP, SD, and Inventory Accounting.
· Demonstrated ability to work with controllers, supply chain teams, and engineering for cost governance.
· Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to present costing insights to leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in high-tech, electronics, automotive, or consumer goods manufacturing.
· Exposure to S/4HANA (Material Ledger Actual Costing & Universal Journal).
· Experience in global template rollouts and process harmonization.
· SAP FICO certification is a plus.
