Job Description: 

Senior SQL DBA with SharePoint experience - this resource will work on their SharePoint migration. Weekend work is REQUIRED for this role - resouce must be willing to work every other weekend!

Description:

• 12+ years with SQL Server Administration.
• Experience with SharePoint and SharePoint migrations
• Participates in design, development, and implementation of complex databases, often using new technologies.
• Viewed as the subject matter expert for the team.
• Manages multiple moderately complex projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations.
• Troubleshooting and process responsibilities

Required Skills:

• 12+ years with SQL Server Administration.
• Experience with SharePoint and SharePoint migrations
• Participates in design, development, and implementation of complex databases, often using new technologies.
• Viewed as the subject matter expert for the team.
• Manages multiple, moderately complex projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations.
• Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities as a team member or as an individual contributor.
• Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants or managers.
• Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
• Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Work leadership may be provided by assigning work and resolving problems.
• Always-On performance and tuning, including for large, high-tier environments.
• Computer Science degree preferred or substantially equivalent experience.

Desired Skills:

• Prior Bank MS SQL DBA experience, preferably on the App DBA side.
• Strong sense of problem and client ownership.
• Ability to deliver within a project structure.
• Has utilized Guardium and Splunk for monitoring.
