Lead architect for Account Reconciliation (ARCS) and enterprise financial close processes, driving automation, compliance, and reconciliation transformation.

• Architect and implement Oracle ARCS solutions (end-to-end)
• Define reconciliation frameworks:
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Transaction matching
  • Auto-certification workflows
• Integrate ARCS with GL / ERP systems
• Lead financial close transformation initiatives
• Ensure audit, compliance, and SOX controls alignment
• Drive automation and standardization across reconciliation processes
• Manage stakeholders across finance, audit, and IT teams
• Lead delivery teams (onshore/offshore)
