Hi All we have multiple Direct Client Openings

Locations: Miami, FL or Dallas, TX only (Candidates must be willing to work from either of these locations only)

Work Mode: Hybrid (Candidates are required to work from the office at least 2 days a week)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

#Position 1: 

Role: Developer / Engineer

Key responsibilities include the following:
Develops program specifications/detail design documents
Codes, tests and debugs complex applications programs
Participates in the application design of systems, including the use of analytical techniques
Participates in the development of functional specifications
Develops prototypes from functional specifications
Designs application sub-systems and small systems
Assists users in testing, training, and preparation for deployment and operations
Has worked on multiple platforms, tools, and/or with multiple methodologies with specific expertise in the technologies, technology families, and toolsets required for the specific project/program
Experienced with automatic deployment and DevOps features (as appropriate)

#Position 2: 

Role: Lead Software Engineer

Lead the design and development of complex backend systems using Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud technologies
Architect and implement microservices-based solutions with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and performance
Strategically guide the integration and optimization of Oracle and MongoDB in high-performance environments
Mentor junior developers and contribute significantly to a culture of continuous improvement
 

#Position 3: 

Role: Data Steward

Defines data management responsibilities within departments and determines best strategy for data governance
Guides data owners within departments in all initiatives and strategies associated with data management
Maps all data processes and integrations
Develops, maintains, and enforces standard data governance policies for data collection, modification, and maintenance
Works with data owners to resolve data issues and improve processes
Monitors activity and data quality metrics to improve Accuracy, Consistency, Completeness, Integrity, and Timeliness
Oversees the quality of the source data being used for data warehousing and reporting
Creates all internal audit procedures and reporting to determine best frequency to maintain data integrity
Analyzes, identifies, and resolves data issues while adhering to data governance standards
Works closely with the IT to ensure alignment of data rules and the operations of all applications
Identifies continuous improvement opportunities and recommends solutions
Works cross-functionally to identify key initiatives and execute solutions to business problems using data analysis and advanced analytics
