• End-to-end ServiceNow implementation experience
• ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM/DevOps, SecOps, IRM/GRC
• Strong CMDB & CSDM knowledge
• ServiceNow Architecture & Governance
• Discovery, Service Mapping & MID Server
• Azure AD / Entra ID, LDAP, AD, SSO
• User Provisioning, Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog & Asset
• Azure / Cloud integrations
• REST / SOAP / APIs
• JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer & Integration Hub
• ATF, CI/CD, Source Control & DevOps

Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification

Preferred:

• Lead Developer experience in 5+ end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
• Enterprise ServiceNow architecture experience
• Technical documentation and solution design experience
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
