• Have Business Analyst experience but no Education domain experience (TEA, Federal/State/Local Education Agency, or Education Vendor).

Must have:

• Education Client experience must
• Texas state education client experience profiles preferred
• Modern Requirements
• Atlassian Jira

Required Experience:

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Requirements elicitation and documentation
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Business Process Re-engineering
• User Stories and Use Cases
• Wireframes and Mockups (UX best practices)
• Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Texas State Education client experience
• Data Lake technology experience
