Key Requirements:
• 8+ years as Business Analyst / Data Analyst / Data Liaison
• Strong SQL experience (data extraction, profiling, analysis, enrichment)
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating data needs into actionable solutions
• Ability to explain technical findings to non-technical users and leadership
• Experience creating and validating data profiles, business data lineage, and analytics reporting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
• Data Warehouse / BI experience
• Data Governance & Data Quality
• Healthcare / HHS domain experience
• Snowflake Cortex, Toad, or similar profiling tools
• Data literacy training and mentoring
