Hiring: Salesforce Technical Lead (or) Senior Salesforce Developer – 10+ Yrs Expd - (Only In person interview at either “Prime vendor office of the client” or “Client office”)

Location: Boston, MA

Rate: Open / hr

Contract: Long Term

Note: But they will have to take interview from scape office (“Local office of the Client” OR “Prime Vendor”) or “Client site” ONLY.

SFDC JD.

Proven experience in a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer role within a consulting environment.
Expertise in Salesforce and its ecosystem, building business solutions using Salesforce and scaling them in large enterprises, integrating Salesforce based services with multiple different applications and architectures.
Experience in technical pre-sales, including solution design, scoping, and presenting to clients.
Strong background in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
Deep knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs using REST and SOAP.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to lead technical workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with experience in customer-facing, consulting.
Track record of mentoring and developing technical teams.
