We are looking for an Onsite Lead to guide and transform the Windows and Cloud Operations team. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on technical expertise to ensure SLAs/KPIs are met and to drive process improvements.
Skills: Strong in Windows Server, SSL management, AWS, Azure; familiarity with RHEL.
Experience: 5+ years in infrastructure project management, with proven team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance, training, and handle escalations.
- Research and prepare improvement plans for engineering approval.
- Monitor operations queues to ensure timely request handling.
- Collaborate with engineering on new initiatives.
