Hiring: Forms Business Analyst with OpenText Exstream & XML/XSD Schema, Reverse Engineering & Documenting Specifications for Documerge & CSF templates, Insurance industry Exp - 10+ Years IT experienced only.

Location: - NYC, NY – (Onsite role, No Remote)

Rate: $Open/hr

Contract: Long Term

Job Description – Forms BA (OpenText Exstream) with Insurance industry knowledge.
You will be responsible for requirement acquisition and development in order to support the professional delivery of OpenText Exstream multi-channel communication solution, including the development of business rules and logic.

Excellent organization and communication skills required as well as Insurance industry knowledge.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Assists in Requirement Gathering and Analysis
Works with appropriate team members with a 'Can do-will do' attitude to achieve successful project milestone.
Authors Design and Forms/Document requirement specifications
Collaborate with technical team to develop solution strategy and roll out plans
Development, documentation and/or use of corporate guidelines for branding, style and forms design
Developing and documenting forms designs and form specifications, including form usage and derivation rules, data mapping, variable logic, templates, styles and layout
Developing and documenting forms processing and policy assembly requirements, including form order, text flow, recipients, paper types, bar coding, electronic and mailing output considerations
Analyze form exceptions for form automation improvements or manual exception workflows
Help implement usability and user experience improvements for key forms and overall style and branding consistency
Work with existing system SMEs, business users and support Development/Testing
Contributes to post-project reviews
Shows initiative in learning the application of Exstream products/modules in vertical market space
Responsible for technical and personal career development to meet the demands of the role
Work with the developers in the team to produce reusable assets documentation such as requirements and design documents
Support development, testing team with system design, development and testing, plan and execute project using Agile Scrum Practices and Framework

Skill, Experience & General information Required:
10+ Years IT experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Logical and analytical problem-solving skills
Positive client service approach with a 'Can do-will do' attitude
Experience in reverse engineering & documenting specifications for Documerge & CSF templates
