Role Overview:
Remediation Manager is accountable for end-to-end project delivery across market acceptance initiatives. This role involves leading cross-functional efforts across internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive acceptance and manage remediation activities.
Preferred experience:
Ø Proficient in Spanish communication (verbal and written)
Ø Basics of cards, payments and merchant acquisition environments.
Ø Experience of working with scheme/network like VISA, Mastercard, Rupay, CUP, JCB, etc.
Ø Good understanding of Cards functionality like Auth Transaction Flow, Pre-Auth, Credit/debit, ATM, etc as well as ISO8583 standards.
Ø Ability to Proactively resolve client business & technical problems while showing strong leadership navigating the articulated business matrix, acting in complete autonomy
Ø Project management experience
Ø Review data, deliver operational business reviews and opportunity recommendations to merchants while driving the Client Services agenda, demonstrating solid data analysis, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ø Experience in managing market-level projects and remediation programs.
Ø Familiarity with acceptance testing strategies and KPIs.
Ø Working knowledge of ISO 8583 protocol and transaction message flows.
Ø Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and data analytics capabilities.
Ø Possess fair knowledge in analysing data with Splunk and Snowflake.
Ø Good understanding of Database and basic DML queries.
