Hiring: Apache Airflow Administer with SSIS infrastructure and Airflow DAGs and SSIS packages Exp

Rate: Open / hr

Location: Bartlesville,OK ( Onsite )

Contract: Long Term

 

Seeking an experienced Apache Airflow and SSIS Administrator to manage monitor and optimize workflow orchestration environments ensuring high availability and efficiency

 

Job Description          

Manage and maintain Apache Airflow and SSIS infrastructure ensuring high availability and reliability Monitor Airflow DAGs and SSIS packages to troubleshoot failures and optimize workflows

Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate Airflow and SSIS with existing systems

Implement security best practices and access controls within Airflow and SSIS environments

Perform upgrades patching and configuration management of Airflow clusters and SSIS servers

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Airflow and SSIS operations and processes

Provide support and training to users on Airflow and SSIS usage and best practices

Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards for both Airflow and SSIS

 

Roles and Responsibilities 

Administer Apache Airflow and SSIS environments including installation, configuration and ongoing maintenance

Monitor DAG execution and SSIS package runs identify bottlenecks and resolve issues promptly

Collaborate with data engineers and developers to design deploy and optimize workflows

Automate routine tasks and workflows using Airflow operators sensors and SSIS components

Manage user roles permissions and access control within Airflow and SSIS platforms

Maintain backup and disaster recovery plans for Airflow and SSIS systems

Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Apache Airflow and SSIS

Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders

Participate in capacity planning and infrastructure scaling activities to support growing workloads"
