Domestic India Req - Hiring: React Developer - CTH position with Capgemini – with Custom hook, Async thunk in RTK, NextJS vs React JS etc

Location: Hyderabad ( India )

Contract: 6 months then Hire

Rate: Give me the best per / hour.

 

Prathap possesses decent amount of knowledge in Front end. Though he has 6+ years of relevant experience in FE, he is mentioning that he is unaware of some important topics such as custom hook, async thunk in RTK, NextJs vs React JS etc. In practical testing, he is unable to clearly express his decisions or explanations for his answers.

 

In coding round, given a basic coding question, he is not following standards and making blunt mistakes such as ignoring form tag, mixing up async await and .then, not aware of controlled vs uncontrolled components etc.
