Required Skills

•         5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst with Guidewire PolicyCenter •

•         Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC) implementation

• Hands-on experience writing user stories, Integration Specifications, Mock-up, Field level specification, Forms, Product Model, Rating & data mapping is required • Insurance domain knowledge

Must Haves

•         Act as a single point of contact for business analysis track

•         Lead requirements gathering sessions

•         Create high-level process flows

•         Own and update user stories

•         Ability to prioritize, organize and plan work to satisfy established timeframes

•         Document Integration Requirements, business rules, configuration requirements, data mappings, type list

•         Support QA in test case reviews, explain business requirement and end to end testing

•         Work with configuration and integration developers to ensure their designs and implementations meet the business requirements

•         Provide Demo to Product Owner and other Stakeholders and get their sign-off

•         Organize sessions with SMEs to gather the transformation logic and business rules for integration work.

•         Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

•         Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills

•         Must be self-motivated and take initiatives.
