Retail : Supply Chain Management

 

Role Description:

Product Backlog Management Own and maintain the product backlog in ADOJira, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.

Sprint Planning Execution Collaborate with Scrum Masters and development teams to plan sprints, define user stories, and ensure timely delivery of features.

Stakeholder Engagement Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements.

Roadmap Development Define and communicate product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer needs.

Requirement Gathering Conduct workshops, interviews, and research to gather and refine product requirements.

Acceptance Criteria Testing Define clear acceptance criteria and participate in UAT to validate feature implementation.

Continuous Improvement Analyze product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Reporting Metrics Generate reports and dashboards using ADOJira to track progress, velocity, and team performance.
