Role: Java FSD for banking/ payment

Location: Boston MA

 

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and design robust, scalable, and secure enterprise-grade applications.
Lead full-stack development using Java (Spring Boot) for backend and React.js for frontend.
Define and implement best practices in cloud architecture, including cost optimization, security, and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and UI/UX teams.
Conduct code reviews, mentor development teams, and enforce coding standards.
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools to improve development efficiency.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions with clean architecture patterns.
Ensure system performance, uptime, and reliability meet SLA targets.
Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience in Java development and architecture.
Strong experience with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture.
Hands-on expertise with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation, API Gateway, etc.).
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead large-scale development projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
