Job Title: Salesforce Project Owner For Banking /Payment/ Financial

Location: Plano, TX

Duration: 6+ months

 

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Owner to lead and manage Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and integration projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions, and align business requirements with technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Manage project plans, budgets, and resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, Salesforce admins, and developers.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure Salesforce best practices and governance are followed.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and production releases.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
• Project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with project tracking tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 3–7 years of project management experience, preferably with Salesforce projects.
• Salesforce certification (such as Salesforce Administrator) preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing Salesforce implementations or migrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integrations, data migration, and automation.
• Experience working with Salesforce developers, admins, and consultants.
