Job Description :

QTest Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the onboarding of new projects into the QTest test management platform and ensure successful adoption across teams. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all QTest-related activities, providing training, guidance, and best practices to project leads and QA teams. This role requires strong technical expertise in QTest, excellent communication skills, and a passion for enabling efficient test management processes.

Mandatory

• 10+ years’ experience, of which at least 3+ years of experience working with QTest.
• QTest Product Consultant certified.- Must have
• Proven experience in QA/Test Management, tool administration, and user training.
• Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle, defect management, and Agile methodologies.
• Prior experience in a QA governance or tool administration role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Preferred

• Experience integrating QTest with Jira, automation tools and with reporting tools like Grafana / Power BI.
