Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Zuora Consultant to support subscription billing, payment, and revenue operations for a major automotive financial services client. The consultant will work onsite in Plano, TX, collaborating with business owners, architects, and technical teams to implement, configure, and optimize the Zuora platform.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end Zuora implementation, configuration, and customization (Zuora Billing, Payments, Zuora CPQ, Reporting).
2. Work with business stakeholders to understand subscription, leasing, financing, and payment workflows specific to the automotive financial domain.
3. Design and implement Zuora workflows, product catalog configuration, rate plans, billing rules, taxation, and payment methods.
4. Support integrations between Zuora and upstream/downstream systems (CRM, ERP, data warehouse, payment gateways, etc.).
5. Troubleshoot billing, invoicing, payment processing, and renewal issues.
6. Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
7. Assist in UAT planning, execution, and production deployment activities.
8. Provide guidance on Zuora best practices, compliance, and process optimization.

 

Required Skills & Experience

1. 5–8+ years of experience as a Zuora Consultant/Zuora Developer.
2. Strong experience with Zuora Billing, Payments, Subscriptions, Product Catalog, Reporting.
3. Hands-on experience with Zuora Workflow, ZOQL, APIs, and integrations.
4. Knowledge of subscription billing models and financial processes.
5. Domain expertise in automotive finance, leasing, lending, or related financial services.
