Job Title: Scrum Master for banking client

Location: quincy, MA

    Rate 47 on c2c with 6% VMS

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Guide the team in following Agile/Scrum practices and values
• Remove impediments that hinder team progress
• Support product owners in managing and prioritizing the backlog
• Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts)
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
• Coach team members on Agile best practices
• Ensure transparency and effective communication across stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
