Job Description:

We are looking for a Java Support Engineer (L4) with strong experience in production support and application maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring applications, troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring system availability.

Required Skills:

• Java, Spring Boot
• Production/Application Support
• SQL and Unix/Linux
• REST APIs
• Log analysis (Splunk/ELK), Monitoring tools
• Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Strong debugging and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support production applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within SLA.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes.
• Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams.
• Support deployments, releases, and system health checks.
