Job Title: IT Senior Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid - Indianapolis, IN
Duration: 1 Year
Type: Contract - Hybrid

Job Description:

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements
• Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate needs into user stories
• Create process models, workflows, and system documentation
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Support system testing, validation, and implementation
• Identify process improvements and drive optimization initiatives

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience (IT projects)
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Hybrid methodologies
• Proven experience with stakeholder management and large-scale projects
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SaaS platforms is a plus
• Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred
