Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Lightning Developer to join a global team responsible for enhancing and implementing Salesforce solutions across retail and investment management businesses. This role requires strong coding expertise, confidence in solution design, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce Lightning applications
Implement regional and global business requirements using Salesforce best practices
Build integrations with third-party vendors and internal platforms to deliver a unified client ecosystem
Take a hands-on role in design, development, testing, and deployment
Develop rapid prototypes to propose solutions for complex business challenges
Collaborate with global teams, architects, and business stakeholders
Ensure all enhancements align with the Salesforce vision and roadmap
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning
Proficiency in Apex, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Experience with Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, and Automation
Working knowledge of Salesforce integrations, REST APIs, and third-party systems
Solid understanding of SQL and SOQL
Experience with Apex test classes and scripts
Knowledge of DevOps best practices (Version Control, CI/CD, Salesforce DX)
Familiarity with Agile / SDLC methodologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident, self-driven developer with strong problem-solving abilities
