Rate: 55/hr. on C2C (Max)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & Implementation
· Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient data solutions on Azure.
· Build and maintain data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Data Lake Storage.
· Architect workflows to handle batch and real-time data processing.
2. Data Integration & Transformation
· Integrate data from structured and unstructured sources.
· Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse.
· Apply best practices for data transformation, cleansing, and enrichment.
3. Data Storage & Management
· Manage and optimize storage solutions such as Azure Data Lake, Blob Storage, SQL Database, and Cosmos DB.
· Ensure efficient partitioning, indexing, and query performance tuning.
· Maintain data availability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
4. Data Security & Compliance
· Implement data security, masking, encryption, and RBAC policies across data platforms.
· Ensure compliance with governance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) using Azure Purview.
· Support enterprise data cataloging and lineage tracking.
5. Collaboration & Monitoring
· Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
· Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
· Ensure data quality, reliability, and SLA compliance.

Qualifications:
Required Skills:
· Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Data Lake.
· Solid knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and SQL.
· Experience with PySpark/Scala/Python for data processing.
· Understanding of Azure Blob Storage, SQL Database, and Cosmos DB.
· Proficiency in performance tuning and query optimization.
· Familiarity with data governance, lineage, and compliance requirements.
· Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting data workflows.

Preferred Skills
· Knowledge of Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for data solutions.
· Exposure to machine learning pipelines or supporting AI/ML workloads.
· Familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools for reporting integration.
