Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer (Programmer Analyst 6) to join the Michigan Enterprise Contact Center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce-based solutions that support critical customer service and crisis call workflows, including the Michigan Crisis Line (MICAL). This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, application architecture, and CI/CD deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration tools.
• Support crisis call workflows and deliver Salesforce enhancements based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party cloud and on-premise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Manage Salesforce release cycles, code deployments, and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps and SFDX.
• Design secure, high-performance Salesforce architectures aligned with organizational standards and security requirements.
• Support data migration, system integrations, authentication protocols (OAuth/SSO), and AppExchange solutions.
• Create technical documentation, development standards, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Identify technical risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
• Mentor team members and support transition activities into maintenance and operations.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud.
• 3+ years of Salesforce Lightning experience.
• 2+ years of experience with API integrations and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and SFDX.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for CI/CD, release management, and requirements tracking.
• Experience with cloud integration and data migration projects.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator.

Preferred Qualifications(NOT MANDATORY)

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
• Experience with Conga and Drawloop.
• Familiarity with government environments and compliance standards.
• Experience working with FedRAMP-compliant tools and systems.
