We are seeking a Senior AI/ML & Data Process Systems Analyst/Architect to lead AI/ML initiatives, oversee enterprise data processes, and drive adoption of next-generation Agentic AI solutions. This role requires a hands-on leader who can architect, design, and implement intelligent systems leveraging Python, AWS, Azure, and ML frameworks, while ensuring data-driven decisions and seamless integration with enterprise platforms.

The ideal candidate is not only technically strong but also capable of driving strategy, mentoring teams, and aligning AI/ML systems with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• AI/ML & Agentic AI Leadership
• Architect, design, and implement Agentic AI frameworks, RAG pipelines, and LLM-based solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Lead development, training, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning and deep learning models.
• Drive adoption of AI-first strategies, applying NLP, GenAI, and intelligent automation.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies to align with organizational goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and analysts, establishing best practices in AI/ML development.
• Data Process & Systems Integration
• Design and manage end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines across structured and unstructured data sources.
• Define and maintain system workflows, data flows, and APIs for seamless integration with ERP, CRM, and enterprise systems.
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance across processes.
• Partner with IT and DevOps teams to design cloud-native, scalable AI/ML architectures.
• Business & Strategic Impact
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring AI/ML outcomes support business KPIs.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives using AI/ML and RPA.
• Deliver dashboards, reports, and predictive insights that inform business strategy.

Technical Skills Required

• Agentic AI (LangChain, LangGraph, Strands, RAG pipelines, AI Orchestration).
• Machine Learning & Deep Learning (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Programming: Python (strong hands-on).
• Cloud Platforms: AWS (S3, SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda), Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, ML, Cognitive Services).
• Data Processing: Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka.
• BI Tools: Power BI, Tableau.
• Systems & Integration: REST APIs, Microservices, MLOps/CI-CD pipelines.

Required Qualifications

• 13+ years of IT/Data/Systems experience, with 5+ years in AI/ML-focused roles.
• Proven experience in leading AI/ML projects from concept to production.
• Strong exposure to enterprise systems integration and cloud-native architectures.
• Ability to mentor, guide, and drive teams towards strategic AI adoption.
• Excellent communication skills to work with C-level stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI, multimodal AI, and conversational agents.
• Exposure to RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism).
• Understanding of data privacy & compliance (HIPAA, GDPR).
• Prior experience as a Senior Analyst, Lead Engineer, or Architect in AI/ML systems.
