Role: QA SDET – Playwright / Tosca / AI Automation

Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite)

Ideal Candidate: A QA SDET who is analysis-driven, experienced in Risk Area Suite creation, and proficient in Playwright, Tosca, GitHub Copilot, and AI-powered automation.

We are looking for an experienced QA SDET with strong analytical skills and hands-on expertise in Playwright, Tosca, GitHub Copilot, and AI-assisted automation. The ideal candidate should focus on analyzing application changes, building and maintaining Risk Area Suites, and ensuring maximum regression coverage for critical business functionality.

Key Skills

8+ years of QA/SDET experience.
Strong experience with Playwright and/or Tosca.
Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted automation.
Expertise in designing and maintaining Risk Area Suites.
Strong analysis skills for change impact and regression planning.
Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, and code scanning (SonarQube/GitHub Advanced Security).
API testing (REST/REST Assured/Postman) and SQL.

Responsibilities

Analyze requirements, code changes, and production issues to identify critical Risk Areas.
Develop and maintain Risk Area Suites for efficient regression testing.
Build and enhance automation using Playwright and/or Tosca.
Use AI and GitHub Copilot to improve automation productivity and test analysis.
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and ensure code quality through scanning and quality gates.
