- Education : Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic
- 1 to 4 years of exp
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures. Hands-on skills with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, work instructions, and SOPs. Knowledge of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Exposure to validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Understanding of process controls, equipment setups, and trial execution. • Preventive & corrective maintenance execution
Equipment calibration (pressure, temperature, etc.)
•Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings
• Working knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820.
• Strong documentation discipline for trial data and validation records.
• Strong problem-solving & root-cause analysis.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with production, quality, and design teams.
• Attention to detail and adherence to quality requirements.
• Good communication and ability to adapt in a fast-paced NPI environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Support builds for prototypes, pilot runs, and engineering trials.
• Assist in equipment setup, tooling changes, and process adjustments for new products.
• Execute IQ/OQ/PQ validation tasks under engineering guidance.
• Perform preventive & corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation issues.
• Support equipment setup, changeover, and calibration activities.
• Document trial results, deviations, and process observations accurately.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams during product transfer.
• Assist in implementing ECOS (Engineering Change Orders).
• Troubleshoot early-stage process or equipment issues during NPI runs.
