Location: Cambridge, MA & Caroleen, NC
Duration: 6 months
Role Descriptions: Proficient in sql queries, data management, being able to perform system configuration updates, and troubleshoot technical issues related to data and configuration. Statistica application experience. • Global Security Applications (S2, Milestone, Traka, etc.) • DotNET Technologies, SQL Server (including sql replication), Power BI, JIRA, ALM, ServiceNow • User Access Reviews & Compliance (GxP) • Application Support (Incident, Problem, Change Management) Proactive and good communication skills
Good-to-Have • Automation (Power Automate, REST APIs, Python) • Azure & Cloud basics Knowledge of IT infrastructure and configuration updates for the same. .
SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Set up and maintain Statistica infrastructure within Life Science and healthcare sector.
2 Possess expertise in STATISTICA Workspaces, Data Configurations, Analysis Configurations, Microsoft SQL server, and Windows architecture.
3 Design, develop, test, document, and deliver business requirements related to STATISTICA workflows.
4 Troubleshoot Workspaces to resolve issues in reports effectively.
5 Proficient in Web Statistica analysis for scheduling jobs through Web Statistica and Tasksets.
6 Have a good understanding of monitoring and alerting dashboard systems.
7 Conduct application upgrades, enhancements, and hotfix implementations as needed.
8 Create data entry pages and deploy Web Data entry.
9 Collaborate with the user community and business analysts to resolve issues and recommend strategic application growth.
10 Build and optimize data pipelines to fetch data from different sources such as PI, Discoverant, LIMS, RMIP, OPM, Syncade AWS systems.
11 Manage access using Active Directory.
12 Develop and test disaster recovery plans to ensure zero data loss.
13 Perform change implementations and migration activities.
14 Handle change management for service and project deliveries individually.
15 Possess knowledge of Microsoft server platform (e.g., MS Windows Servers).
16 Familiarity with IT processes and tools such as ServiceNow, HPALM, and JIRA.
17 Good understanding of Active Directory and Citrix applications.
18 GxP Awareness including Good documentation Practice
