Job Summary

Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Delivery

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level programs aligned with Elevance Health’s strategic goals.

• Manage program scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and deliverables for multiple concurrent projects.

• Drive program governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment across business, IT, and product teams.

• Ensure consistent delivery standards, compliance, and quality across all workstreams.
  Technical & Professional Skills

• 13+ years of Program Management experience in enterprise IT.

• Strong experience with Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models.
• Ability to manage cloud, integration, data, analytics, or application modernization programs.
• Knowledge of healthcare domain workflows: claims, enrollment, provider data, member services, clinical platforms, etc.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Confluence, Smartsheet, and MS Project.
• Excellent communication, executive reporting, and stakeholder alignment skills.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) – required

• PSM I (Professional Scrum Master) – required

• POPM (Product Owner/Product Manager – SAFe) – highly preferred

• Agile/Scrum certification – required (CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent)
