Simple Job Summary
Healthcare claims is looking for a Technical Analyst who has experience working with healthcare insurance systems, especially the Facets platform.
The person will work with business teams and developers to support healthcare applications, analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and help with system integrations and cloud deployments.
Main Responsibilities
- Support and maintain healthcare applications built on Facets
- Work with SQL to analyze and validate data
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide support
- Help with system integrations using APIs, files, and batch jobs
- Work with AWS/cloud-based environments
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience with:
- Cognizant / TriZetto Facets
- SQL development and troubleshooting
- Healthcare payer systems (claims, enrollment, benefits, providers)
- Experience with:
- AWS or cloud environments
- APIs and system integrations
- Production support and incident management
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Skills
- .NET or ETL experience
- DevOps / CI-CD knowledge
- Batch scheduling tools
- Experience working with offshore teams
- Cloud migration project experience
Ideal Candidate
Someone who has strong Facets and SQL experience, understands healthcare insurance systems, and can support enterprise healthcare applications in a fast-paced environment.
