Job Title: Business Analyst for capital markets with IBOR and Trade Life Cycle
Location: Irvine, CA
Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in IBOR (Investment Book of Record) and the trade life cycle to support investment management and capital markets initiatives. The ideal candidate will work with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the delivery of solutions across front-, middle-, and back-office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand IBOR processes and trade life cycle workflows.
- Support trade processing activities, including trade capture, validation, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Create functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams during implementation and testing.
- Assist with issue analysis, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Required Skills:
- Experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets or investment management.
- Strong understanding of IBOR concepts and end-to-end trade life cycle.
- Knowledge of equities, fixed income, derivatives, or other financial instruments.
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
