Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Solution Architect to design and implement scalable cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and other AWS services. This role will focus on architecture, integrations, and cloud design.

Experience:
10–15 years in Contact Center technologies and cloud architecture, including 3–5 years of Amazon Connect implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design the end-to-end architecture for Amazon Connect contact center solutions.
• Lead migration from legacy contact center platforms to Amazon Connect.
• Develop integrations between Amazon Connect and enterprise systems such as CRM, ticketing platforms, and backend APIs.
• Implement integrations with AWS services such as:
• AWS Lambda
• Amazon Lex
• Amazon Polly
• Amazon Transcribe
• Amazon Kinesis
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of the contact center platform.
• Guide development teams in best practices and solution implementation.
• Design voice AI integrations, chatbots, and automation workflows.

Required Skills:

• Deep expertise in Amazon Connect architecture and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud architecture.
• Experience with serverless architecture using AWS Lambda.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and enterprise systems.
• Understanding of telephony concepts (SIP, PSTN, voice routing).

Preferred Skills:

AWS Certifications such as:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• AWS Certified Developer
• Experience with AI voice services and conversational AI platforms.
• Experience integrating Amazon Connect with Salesforce or ServiceNow.
