Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to Technology or Finance. Relevant work experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.

Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence
• At least 2 years of experience developing dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI
• Experience working with IBM DB2 databases

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Strong experience building dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI
• Experience developing paginated reports in Power BI
• Strong SQL development skills
• Strong understanding of data governance best practices
• Familiarity with Data Warehousing, Operational Data Stores, Data Lakes, and Master Data Management
• Experience creating reports involving financial data such as general ledger, purchasing, and revenue reporting
• Familiarity with OLAP cubes and Star/Snowflake Schema design
• Knowledge of Power BI integration with Microsoft tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Strong analytical skills for transforming data into meaningful reports and visualizations
• Experience implementing reporting solutions using multiple data sources
• Experience working with IBM DB2 databases
• Knowledge of Mainframe flat files
• Understanding of the SCRUM framework
